Rhoda Dawa

Rhoda Dawa served in the National Youth Service (NYSC) for over 32 years (1992-2024). She served in various capacities, rising to the rank of Deputy Director. She demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in managing teams and programs. During her period of service with the NYSC, she led a team of Youths in various competitions, where they exhibited outstanding performances, coming out on top. She also produced many award winners, both at the State Level and at the NYSC National Presidential Honours Award.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, which provides her a strong foundation in Global Politics, Diplomacy and Development. She gained the skills to navigate organizational change and development from the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (Badagry), where she earned a Certificate in Change Management. Rhoda also holds a Certificate in Critical Thinking and Adaptive Leadership, which has enhanced her ability to analyze complex situations and lead effectively. As a member of the Institute of Humanitarian Studies and Social Development, she is certified in Humanitarian Leadership Dynamics and NGO Management. 

She is a highly qualified professional in her field and recently retired from public service. She now leads Certcraft, an organization that focuses on certification, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
