Michael Terna Adigam is a Partnerships & Grants Manager at Youth Health and Social Reforms where he focuses on developing young leaders, shaping inclusive policies, and driving policy impact across Nigeria. 

With 5+ years of experience in project management, advocacy, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and community mobilization, his work bridges the gap between policymakers and the grassroots to promote sustainable development.

As a Global Shaper with Yola Hub, he is currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; and a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy at The School of Politics Policy and Governance.
